Online Check-in Terms and Conditions

• By signing this form, I agree that my responsibility is to vacate my Villa at 11:00am (on the departure date), as well as to pay any additional charges regarding damages in the Villas.
• The Management of Orient Villas accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables left in the Villa, as well as the safety deposit box of the Villa.
• Since the Villa comes with private pool I accept full and absolute responsibility for the safety of all members of my Villa and/or my reservation.

Orient Villas has no legal or any other responsibility for any health issue of any person staying in Villa regarding the pandemic of Covid-19 during our stay.

Covid-19 Measures and Restrictions

Arrival

• Dispensers with antiseptic will be provided at every Villa and Guests should make use of them upon entering the Villa.
• Check-in time: 16.00
• As all names and details of the Guests are kept for Public Health Protection reasons you must use on-line check-in procedure at www.orientvillaszante.com in order to check-in.

Housekeeping

• Everyday cleaning of the Villas has been suspended for this season and Villa cleaning will take place the 3rd day after arrival every 3 days thereafter.
• Change of sheets, pillowcases and towels will follow cleaning schedule.
• Guests are encouraged to leave garbage bags outside the Villa every day and they will be collected by the personnel.
• It is strictly prohibited the presence of any guest in the Villa while the housekeeping personnel is working in it. Therefore you can inform us and make an appointment for cleaning even before your arrival.
• New cleaning practices will take place, with disinfection and extensive room ventilation between every change.

Pool

• Pool cleaning will take place every day and during the procedure Guest’s presence is not allowed in the pool area.
• Water treatment takes place with suitable disinfection products.
• Water quality measurements of pools will take place throughout the day.

Air–Conditioning

• All A/C in the rooms are adjusted to work with open doors, allowing natural ventilation in rooms.
• Regular maintenance and disinfection of filters.

Departure

• Check-out time: 11.00
• Keys will be disinfected after each departure.
